Route classification

Blue (easy): Blue routes are suitable for beginners and leisure walkers. You don't need any mountain experience or equipment, just comfortable shoes and weatherproof clothing. Although narrow and steep in places, the paths are well developed and easy to walk on.

Red (medium) – mountain trails: Experienced mountain hikers can tackle red mountain trails. Mountain experience, fitness and mountain equipment are necessary here. The paths include narrow and steep walking and climbing passages. Robust footwear, weatherproof clothing, sufficient water and provisions, are a must!

Black (difficult) – mountain trails: Are you sure-footed and already have high alpine experience? Then you can also consider black routes. You should be fit and have mountain equipment including safety equipment. The paths are narrow and almost always steep; Longer, secured walking and climbing sections are standard here. For your own safety, you should only attempt black routes when the weather is good. If you are a less experienced mountaineer, you should consider getting a guide to help you traverse these more challenging routes.
