The indicated "online from" price is the cheapest available online rate. The earlier you purchase the skipass online, the cheaper its price.
Comparing the new prices with those of last season, the "Online ab" price is much cheaper and therefore those customers who decide early on to spend their holidays with us can be rewarded.
The ski passes are cheapest at the beginning of the offer in the online shop, the more spontaneous and short-term bookings are made, the higher the price will be. In the online shop guests receive a online discount, at the lift cash desk on site the cash desk price/maximum price according to the price list applies always and without exception. The online prices are available until 5 days before the first day of skiing. After that (4 days before) the online cash price is also valid.
Skipasses purchased online can be collected easily and conveniently from one of our automatic ticket machines (WITHOUT ski pass deposit) OR from all Bergbahnen Obergurgl-Hochgurgl skipass offices and from all sales partners (plus ski pass deposit of € 3.00).
Tickets can be picked up anywhere in Gurgl as well as in Sölden regardless in which web shop (Gurgl or Sölden) you have purchased them.
Tickets purchased online will not be canceled or refunded.We strongly recommend that all customers take out additional insurance when purchasing a multi-day ski ticket online. Thanks to the cancellation insurance (3.00 Euro per ski pass day) offered, unused skipasses are refunded up to 5 days prior to the first validity day of the skipass.
The cancellation guarantee can only be concluded for the entire order. After selecting the tickets in the shopping cart, the cancellation guarantee can be optionally booked for all ski passes. No cancellation guarantee is offered for groups of 20 persons or more.
Important: In order to receive a fixed admission to 007 ELEMENTS Erlebniswelt, it is necessary to reserve a seat in one of the 3 daily timeslots (9.00 - 11.00 hrs | 11.00 - 13.00 hrs | 13.00 - 15.30 hrs) in advance. Reservations can only be made here under RESERVATION TIMESLOT 007 ELEMENTS and are still possible at any time after the purchase.
After checking the entitlement, the ticket already received is updated internally and the selected timeslot is stored. There is no entitlement to a refund of the admission price if admission is not possible for any reason whatsoever.
