Young and old, there is something to make everyone’s day more exciting. Perfect for families, friends, and anyone looking for more than just a normal descent.
Funmountain Obergurgl
A true paradise for beginners! If you want to become a freestyler, you have to start early. The Familypark at the Bruggenbodenbahn offers the best conditions for younger shredheads and freestyle beginners to learn. Butter boxes, rainbow boxes, and kickers with 2m and 3m table lengths are just the right obstacles to build on the freestyle basics. Everything in the area is designed to give you a sense of achievement and make the fascination of freestyle tangible.
Funslope Hochgurgl
The Hochgurglbahn II or Wurmkoglbahn I takes you to the starting point of the Funslope. The well shaped route is divided into two sections.
Upper section: In the upper part, you race over waves and small jumps, into the mysterious 7-meter-long tunnel and through a gigantic snow snail. With as much momentum as possible, you slide over a wide box and lean into dynamic steep turns. A car built into the snow wants to either be overtaken or run over. Slopy, the mascot waits to congratulate you with a high five at the end.
Lower section: After a few leisurely turns, the second part of the funslope begins with a bumpy double wave track, and the next car as an obstacle. Whizz over it or jump! After that, there are fast banked turns, a giant padded hand to high-five, a small jump, another banked turn, then it's through the trough and a tangle of tunnels before crossings towards the last jump. One last well-deserved high-five with a padded hand will have you wanting to start over again right away. So, let's get down to the lift...
