The Avalanche Training Basic provides you with the necessary basic knowledge. The focus is on everything to do with tour planning and correct behavior in the terrain. You will get an overview of equipment, snow and avalanche awareness and tactical assessment methods, which will help you to plan your day on the mountain safely in advance. By practicing with the latest ORTOVOX safety technology, you will learn essential rules about avalanche search and correct behavior in the event of an avalanche.

Does the tour take place in all weathers? There may be changes/cancellations due to the weather. If we have to cancel the training, you will be informed by us at least one hour in advance.
