Prize game

Persons over the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Bergbahnen Gurgl and Ötztal Tourismus employees as well as their relatives are not eligible to participate.

Participation in the competition takes place by answering the quiz question and submitting the contact information. Participation in the prize game is free of charge. The prize game starts on 09 September 2024 and ends on 20 October 2024. The winner will be drawn shortly after 20 October 2024.

The winner will be drawn at random after the prize game deadline has ended.

The winner will be contacted personally by email and notified of the prize and asked for confirmation (acceptance of the prize and further contact details).

• Ski World Cup Weekend Deluxe for 2 people incl. 2 overnight stays, 2 race tickets for the women’s slalom on Saturday, 23.11.2024, and 2 Diamond Lounge Tickets for the evening event on Saturday, 23.11.2024, at Gurgl Carat.

Accommodation in an apartment or 3-star hotel. Competition prize can only be redeemed from 22 to 24 November 2024. The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed in cash. It cannot be transferred to another person. A participant can renounce the prize. In this case, the prize will be randomly given away among the eligible participants.

The prize can be redeemed exclusively from 22 to 24 November 2024.

Ötztal Tourismus Information Gurgl has the right to change a prize draw period or to terminate a prize draw without notice at any time, for example if the functionality of the systems is restricted for technical or other reasons independent of Ötztal Tourismus or if the suspicion arises that a participant is trying to influence the results of the prize draw.

1. The organizer is not liable for any error in the transmission of data, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of participant data, technical failures of any kind, damage to the computer of a participant or any other person resulting from participation in the prize game.
2. The organizer is liable without limitation if the cause of the damage is based on intent or gross negligence.
3. Subject to availability, the organizer is liable for the slightly negligent breach of essential obligations, the breach of which jeopardizes the achievement of the purpose of the contract, or for the breach of obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper implementation of the prize game and on the observance of which the contractual partners regularly rely. In this case, however, the organizer is only liable for the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. The organizer is not liable for the slightly negligent breach of obligations other than those specified in the preceding sentences.
4. The above limitations of liability do not apply in the event of injury to life, limb or health, for a defect following the assumption of quality guarantees of a product and in the event of fraudulently concealed defects. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
5. Insofar as the organizer's liability is excluded or limited, this also applies to the personal liability of employees, representatives and vicarious agents of the organizer.

1. The organizer collects and uses the data of the participants for the purpose of the prize game to be carried out. Any further collection and use of data will only take place if the participants consent to it.
2. The following participants’ data is collected by the organizer and is used to carry out and process the prize game: gender, first and last name, date of birth, country, email address.
3. In addition, the general DATA PROTECTION REGULATIONS apply.
4. Upon request in writing or in text form, the participants can request information from the organizer at any time about which personal data is stored by the organizer, they can also request correction or deletion and revoke data use consent. For questions regarding the collection, processing or use of personal data, for further information, correction, blocking or deletion of data, the participant should contact: [email protected]. Legal recourse is excluded. Public law applies.
